Exchanges
You can exchange an item purchased on the website within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is new without any defects and has not been used.
Changing an item in our store - free of charge
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The shipping fee will not be refunded if the shipment left the business and was received by the customer.
In accordance with the regulations and the Consumer Protection Law
Refunds are made after deducting 5% from the value of the transaction - in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Engraved and monogrammed products are non-returnable.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
Direct cards cannot be credited, orders made with a Direct type card will be eligible for site credit.
